Maj. Gen. (Dr) Samuel O. Ameh (Rtd)

Medical Director
Major General (Dr) Samuel O Ameh (Rtd) MBBS, FMCS, FWACS, FICS, FMAS, DMAS, Gss, CMH, FCM is a retired Army General and a Chief Consultant General/Laparoscopic Surgeon and the Medical Director (MD). He graduated from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria in 1980 with Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). He also has the following additional qualifications:- Fellow Medical College of Surgeons (FMCS) (Nig); Fellow West African College of Surgeons (FWCS), Fellow International College of Surgeons (FICS) and Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery (DMAS).
Dr. Ameh attended several military/medical conferences within and outside the country. He held several military appointment including being the Commander Corps of Medical (CCM) of the Nigerian Army. He rose to the rank of Major General and Chief Consultant Surgeon before his voluntary retirement in 2014 after over three decades of meritorious service to his father land.
While in the service, he earned the following military honours and awards:- ECOMOG Medal, Silver Julilee Medal, Golden Jubilee Medal, Grand Service Star (GSS), Corps Medal of Honour (CMH) and Field Command Medal (FCM).
Dr. Ameh is an experienced and skillful Surgeon. He has some scientific publications to his credit. He is a keen golfer and happily married.

Col. Dr. Luke C. Odeh (Rtd.)

Director
Col. Dr. Luke C. Odeh (Rtd.) MBBS, FSS, MSS, DSS is a retired Army Colonel and Chief Medical Officer. He is a 1981 graduate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria with Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. He enlisted into the Nigerian Army Medical Corp in 1977 and retired voluntarily in December 2006 in the rank of Colonel.
He held various appointments both in Nigeria, Liberia and Sierra Leone. He was regimental Medical Officer 4 Battalion Nigerian Army Ogoja in Cross River State; General Duty Medical Officer, Military Hospital Jos; Medical Officer-in-charge Depot Nigerian Army Medical Centre, Zaria; Brigade Medical Officer-in-charge 31 Artillery Brigade Medical Centre, Abeokuta; Senior Medical Officer/Commanding Officer 15 Brigade Field Ambulance; ECOMOG Peace Keeping Operation in Monrovia Liberia and Sierra Leone; Chief Medical Officer/Commanding Officer 13 Brigade Medical Centre, Calabar and Chief Medical Officer 44 Nigerian Army Reference Hospital, Kaduna. He also participated in the National Polio Eradication Programme as Central Facilitator from 1999 – 2002 and served in three (3) States namely Niger, Plateau and Adamawa.
Dr. Odeh holds Senior Executive Management Course Certificate, Training of Trainers Workshop on Interpersonal Communication and Counseling on HIV/AIDS Certificate, Peer Educators Training Workshop in the Prevention of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) including HIV/AIDS and Certificate of attendance Training Workshop for Health Workers on the Management of HIV/AIDS. He worked at 45 NAF Hospital Makurdi at the Armed Forces HIV/AIDs Care and Implementation Programme as a Clinician from 2012 – 2015 before disengaging voluntary in April 2015 to join the Board of Directors of Modelcare Hospital & Consultancy Limited in May 2015.
His Honours and Awards include – Forces Service Star (FSS), Meritorious Service Star (MSS) and Distinguished Service Star (DSS).
Dr. Odeh is happily married and his hobbies include:- Reading and listening to music.

Mr. Igomu O. Augustine
HOSPITAL Administrator
Mr. Igomu O. Augustine is the Hospital Administrator. He is a graduate of Business Administration and Management from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos and Benue State Polytechnic, Ugbokolo in Benue State respectively; with over 20 years experience spanning various levels of Office Administration/Project Management.
He plans, direct and coordinates business development resources as well as building and managing experienced team of competent Professionals who respond to our Clients/Patient’s needs.
A dynamic team player, a practical leader with excellent business and interpersonal relationship skills. He provides advice to the Board on people related matters and ensures that policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
Mr. Igomu is on the Management Team of the Hospital. He is happily married

Dr. Patricia O. Musa
COnsultant OPTAMOLOGIST
Dr. Patricia O. Musa, MBBS, FMCOph. Mrs. Musa graduated in the year 2000 from Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, Zaria, Kaduna State. She did her housemanship at the university of Abuja Teaching Hospital, Gwagwalada. She did her NYSC at the Asokoro District Hospital, Abuja. She did her Specialist training in National Hospital Abuja, UDUTH Sokoto, ABUTH Zaria and UBTH Benin.
She qualified as a fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria in 2013. She works as a Consultant Ophthalmologist at the Federal Medical Centre Keffi, Nassarawa State where she is serving as the current Head of Department. She consults in Modelcare Hospital in the evenings and on appointments. There is an Optometrist who is always around from 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday.
Dr. Musa is dedicated to duty; hardworking, humble, zealous and has special interest in her patient.
